FAQ

What are your hours of operation?
Daily 9am-6pm. Evening hours are available for office or commercial accounts.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo/PayPal (@radiantcleaningnj), and Zelle. We do not accept personal checks.
In accordance with New Jersey State Law, a 6.625% sales tax will be applied to all work performed, and must be added to all payments, including checks and Venmo/PayPal. Credit card charges are subject to a 3.5% service fee. Cash Apps are also subject to service fees.

How do you handle late payments? Non Payments?
A $100 monthly late fee, plus $50 monthly bookkeeping fee will be assessed after 30 days of non-payment.
If a check is returned for insufficient funds, you are responsible for any bank fees. If you stop payment on a check, we will pursue legal action.
In the event we must pursue legal action for lack of payment, you are responsible in full for any court fees, attorney’s fees, late fees, liens and any costs we incur.

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. Insurance certificates can be provided at your request.

How do you provide estimates?
Estimates are based on the square footage of your home and are provided via phone call, text, or email.

How do you determine your rates?
All initial appointments are Deep Cleans based on the square footage of your home. Adjustments can be made for areas that will not be cleaned. Recurring appointments are based on the frequency of service (weekly, biweekly or monthly).

What is included in a Deep Clean? Recurring Service? Move In/Move Out/Post Construction Clean?
Deep Cleans include window sills, all molding, including baseboards, wainscotting and chair rails. Kitchens include all cabinet and appliance exteriors, light fixtures and sliding doors. Bathrooms are done in their entirety—in, around, under and behind everything. Laundry Rooms include washer and dryer. Living Rooms/Family Rooms/TV Rooms are generally dusted. All sofas and couches are vacuumed. Leather furniture is wiped down. Bedrooms are generally dusted. Ceiling fans (under 9 ft ceilings) are dusted. All floors are vacuumed and mopped. Recurring Services maintain Deep Clean standards. Additional Deep Clean services are available by request. These include your refrigerator, oven, window interiors, and the inside of cabinets, for example. These services must be scheduled and confirmed with the office prior to the day of service. Linen service, limited dishes, and light housekeeping are also available upon request.

Move In/Move Out/Post Construction Cleans includes window sills, all molding, including baseboards, wainscotting and chair rails. Kitchens include in and out of all cabinets and appliances, light fixtures, sliding doors, and pantry. Bathrooms are done in their entirety—in, around, under and behind everything. Laundry Rooms include washer and dryer. All built-in cabinets and walk-in closets are wiped down. Ceiling fans (under 9 ft ceilings) are dusted. All floors are vacuumed and mopped.

In addition to cleaning, all services include disinfecting of all frequently touched surfaces, including door knobs, cabinet handles, and light switches with EPA-registered disinfectants.

How do you schedule cleanings?
We can provide service on a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.

What is your service area?
We service Monmouth and Northern Ocean County focusing on Freehold, Howell, Jackson, Manalapan, Marlboro, Monroe, Morganville, Millstone, Cream Ridge, Colts Neck, and Tinton Falls.

Do you work weekends and holidays?
Yes, we work weekends by appointment. We observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
We do not accept new clients during holiday weeks.

Do you provide cleaning supplies?
We come prepared for service with all cleaning supplies, products and tools. If there are specific products you would like us to use, we ask for you to provide them.

Is your staff vetted?
Yes, all our staff are screened, experienced and trained.
